Your pole journey
Six levels, from first spin to Archangel
Each level has clear entry skills, so you always know what you’re working towards.
Level 1 · Beginner
Angel Baby
Our beginner-friendly class: no dance, fitness or pole background needed. Foundational grips, beginner spins, pole turns and gentle inversion conditioning, plus sensual walks, body waves and knee spins.
Level 2 · Beginner 2
Cherub
Continues from Angel Baby with slightly more intensive moves — and you learn to go upside down: ankle clamps, crucifix and the jamila split. For students who completed a full term of Angel Baby and can do basic front and back spins.
Level 3 · Intermediate
111
Your transition to intermediate: leg hangs, inverted holds, advanced climbs, grip variations and aerial sequences.
Level 4 · Mid-intermediate
222
Transitions higher on the pole, pole handstands and linking combinations with flow and control.
Level 5 · Upper-intermediate
333
Clean inverts, fluid transitions and intricate spins — the Allegra, Brass Monkey, Flatliner, Ayesha and more.
Level 6 · Advanced
Archangel
Advanced tricks that demand precision, balance and fluidity.
