1 - Angel Baby

Angel Baby is our beginner friendly pole dance class designed for anyone ready to explore movement with confidence and an open heart.
No dance, fitness, or pole background is needed, just bring your curiosity and willingness to have fun. In this class, you’ll learn simple pole basics such as foundational grips, beginner spins, pole turns and
gentle inversion conditioning to build body awareness and control. You’ll also explore sensual walks, head flicks, bum rolls, body waves, knee spins and movements that encourage self-expression and connection to your inner confidence.
Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or returning after a break, Angel Baby offers a safe and supportive space to embrace your body, move freely, and discover the joy of pole dancing at your own pace.

2 - Cherub

At Cherub things get interesting at this level, continuing from the beginners pole in Angel Baby. We now focus building strength through slightly intensive beginner pole moves on the pole,
In this class you will learn to go upside down! How fun is that! Work on ankle clamps, crucifix and the ever beautiful jamila split! This level is for those who have completed a full term of Angel Baby and are
able to do basic front and back spins.

3 - Pole Level Class: 111

111 marks your transition into the intermediate stage of your pole journey, a level inspired by the lucky angel number that symbolizes growth, alignment and new beginnings. To join this level, you should have completed and cleared Cherub and be able to invert “V” from the floor on both sides. In this class, you’ll focus on developing greater control, strength and confidence as you explore movements in the air. You’ll learn to stay comfortable upside down or afloat through a variety of leg hangs, inverted holds and smooth transitions that build endurance and precision. Expect more intensive upper-body challenges, including advanced climbs, grip variations and aerial sequences that refine your technique and flow.

4 - Pole Level Class: 222

222 takes you into the mid-intermediate stage of your pole journey, where strength meets creativity and movement becomes more dynamic. To join, you should have completed and cleared 111, able to perform an aerial invert and have secure inside and outside leg hangs. At this level, your foundation is stronger and things start to get exciting with transitions that take you higher on the pole, incorporating pole handstands and various pole tricks. This class focuses on linking combinations with flow and control, helping you refine your balance, coordination and endurance in elevated sequences. Named after the lucky angel number that represents harmony and progression. Level 222 is where your pole practice becomes more expressive, fluid and technically captivating.

5 - Pole Level Class: 333

333 marks your progression into the upper-intermediate stage of your pole journey, a level inspired by the lucky angel number that signifies creativity, expansion and alignment of mind, body and spirit. To join, you should have completed and cleared 222, able to perform a stable handstand and execute the candy confidently. This class is designed for students who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to refine technique, build strength and take on more advanced tricks and combinations. You’ll work on clean inverts, fluid transitions and intricate spins while deepening your flow and control within aerial sequences. Expect to learn iconic moves such as the Allegra, Brass Monkey, Flatliner, Ayesha and more each integrated into dynamic routines that challenge both your power and artistry. Level 333 is perfect for dancers ready to elevate their performance, enhance body awareness and express strength through creative, seamless movement.

6 - Pole Level Class: Archangel

Archangel represents the advanced level of your pole journey, a stage where mastery, artistry and strength combines. To join, students must have completed and cleared 333 and be able to execute all basic techniques comfortably, hold an Ayesha and Extended Butterfly into Full Splits on the pole and perform handstand scoop ups with control. This class is designed for students who have built a solid foundation and are ready to refine their form while embracing more challenging, strength-based movements and elegant lines. You’ll focus on advanced tricks that demand precision, balance and fluidity ,exploring transitions that blend power and grace. Archangel is where technique transforms into expression, allowing you to push your limits, elevate your performance and embody confidence and control in every advance movement.

1 - Angel Flow and Angel Twirl

Angel Flow and Angel Twirl are an open level class which invites you to explore and experience a fusion of movement, style and expression through lyrical, dynamic, emotional and dramatic choreographies. Designed to ignite confidence, creativity and spirit this class transforms movement into an expressive outlet where you can connect with rhythm and emotion. Angel Flow is all about the movements, flow, attitude and authentic expressions. 2 - Power Angel

Power Angel is all about building strength, control, and mobility for your pole journey. This class combines conditioning and strengthening drills on the pole, floor and targeted leg work to boost muscle power, improve movement control and enhance overall performance. 3 - Lyrical Angel Flow

Lyrical Angel Flow , where dance meets emotion (flow, emotion, storytelling). A soulful mix of dance and pole that’s all about expression, flow and emotion. This class does not require footwear, as we allow our body to open up, to move with the rhythm of the music. This is an open level class suitable for those seeking to unwind and destress with the magic of dance.

4 - Angel Stilettos

Angel Stilettos is an open level class that blends choreography and floor work designed to help you move with confidence, attitude and style. From struts to hair whips, smooth dance transitions to powerful accents, you’ll learn how to embrace your sensuality with body movements, all while building strength, balance and control.

5 - Angel Twirl Burlesque

Angel Twirl Burlesque is where glamour meets pole creativity. Think cheeky choreography, sensual floor work and classic burlesque-inspired movements , all designed to help you celebrate your confidence and femininity. Presented with a mix of tease and elegance, this class is all about embracing your unique style, unlocking your showgirl aura and having fun while you move from flirty struts to dramatic poses. Certainly a class for anyone because feeling good is an universal blessing.

6 - Angel Seat

Angel Seat is a sensual and empowering fusion of pole, chair dance and floor work designed to enhance your strength, fluidity and confidence. In this class, you’ll learn how to transition gracefully between the pole and chair, blending spins, climbs and grounded floor sequences into expressive choreography. Each routine focuses on musicality, flow and attitude. Encouraging you to embody confidence and creativity in every move. To join Angel Seat, students must have completed Angel Baby or have basic pole fundamentals such as grips, turns and climbs. Perfect for those looking to expand their pole repertoire, connect movement with expression through dance.

7 - Love Seat

Fall in love with movement in Love Seat, a playful and expressive class that blends chair dance, basic pole and floor work into one irresistible flow. This open-level class invites you to explore sensuality, rhythm and confidence through dynamic choreography that connects the body to music and mood. You’ll learn how to move seamlessly between the chair and floor, combining strength, grace and attitude in every sequence. Perfect for all levels, Love Seat is a space to let go, move with intention and express your unique style ,whether you’re new to dance or returning to rediscover your groove.
