Door Locking at Class Start:
The door will be locked at the start of class for security and safety. No late entries are allowed. Please respect this policy.
Reservations:
To secure your spot, please book and pay online in advance.
No Walk-ins:
Walk-ins are not accepted. If you want to attend on the same day and haven’t registered, please contact us via phone, text, or email.
Class Cancellations:
Classes with fewer than 3 students registered 3 hours before the scheduled time may be canceled.
Women-Only Classes:
Our classes are designed for women unless specified otherwise for a men’s class.
No Spectators:
Only registered participants are allowed in the studio during class. Friends and family can attend our recitals or showcases.
Arriving and Leaving the Studio:
Please arrive 15 minutes before class and leave within 15 minutes after. We don’t have a waiting area, so please plan accordingly.
Age Requirement:
All students must be 18+.
Cancellation Policies for Series Classes:
A 12-hour notice is required for any requested changes to series classes. A $15 fee applies for changes. Make-up classes must be taken within the current series, and a maximum of 2 make-ups is allowed for 6-week series and 1 for 4-week series.
Class Replacement Policy:
If you cannot attend a class, you may request a replacement for a different class within the same series, subject to availability. Replacement requests must be made 12 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policies for Memberships and Class Packages:
All cancellations must be made through our Mindbody site.
Early cancel (6+ hours before class): Class credit reaccredited.
Late cancel (less than 6 hours, but 3+ hours before): Class credit lost.
Late, late cancel (less than 3 hours before): Class credit lost, plus $5 fee.
No show: Class credit lost, plus $15 fee.
Private Lessons and Parties:
Private lessons require a 24-hour notice for cancellation. Private parties must be canceled 2 weeks in advance.
Refunds and Transfers:
All series, class packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please use them within the designated time frame.
Proper Attire and Hygiene:
Wear athletic pole/yoga shorts that are tight-fitting and provide appropriate coverage. Avoid lotions or balms that can make the poles slippery. Practice good hygiene, including clean workout clothes and deodorant.
Filming and Photography:
No filming during class unless approved by the instructor. You may film or photograph yourself during Open Pole but must respect others’ privacy.
Alcohol:
No alcohol are permitted in the studio. Attendees under the influence will be asked to leave without a refund.
Instructor Guidance:
Please follow the instructor’s directions and do not instruct other students. Moves like climbing or inverting require instructor permission.
