Cherie our 2nd runner up in Amateur Classique at Haven and Heel Competition 2025 Pole Com has been dancing since childhood, first inspired by Taiwanese pop stars and later captivated by the rise of K-pop when Wonder Girls hit the scene. During her varsity years, taught K-pop girl group choreography, sharing her love for rhythm and performance.
Three years ago, Cherie discovered pole dancing with no prior fitness background, her determination and persistence kept her going and that journey allows her to truly understand the challenges beginners face when starting out.
Cherie graduated with a master’s in electrical &electronic engineering from Nottingham University, works as a software engineer by day and by night she brings her passion for movement and music to the pole. Musicality is her signatures; she thrives on hitting every beat and letting her body flow with the rhythm. In her classes, Cherie encourages students to connect with the music, explore expression, and most importantly enjoy the joy of dancing.

She believes pole isn’t a “one size fits all” journey. Her mission is to empower you to move in ways that feel comfortable, joyful and uniquely yours.
What sets Dr Nia apart is her unique blend of expertise as both an educator and self-proclaimed “movement nerd”. Her background in medical training and experience as a health professions educator allows her to combine scientific knowledge with her passion for movement. She loves to dive into the biomechanics of moves, analyzing how the body works and how to teach it in ways that works for different bodies and even different personalities. Her dedication to continuous learning ensures everyone she teaches gets the best, most thoughtful guidance tailored to their needs. hether you’re twirling for fun or finding your fierce, Nia will be right there cheering you on, because life is just so much better when you dance.
She’s our Angel, she’s our Queen: Two years, two crowns, Sazuri claimed the Hallowqueen Bobbi’s Pole Comp in 2012 and 2013. Fueled by a deep passion for both fitness and dance, Sazuri brings a unique blend of versatility and artistry to every pole class she leads. A decorated national synchronized swimmer who proudly represented Malaysia for over a decade, she now continues her legacy and experience as an educator for swimming and fitness education. To Sazuri, pole and synchronized swimming mint the same essence of strength, flexibility, musicality and expression. She centers these qualities as the core of her teaching with elegance and purpose. Motivated by the athleticism of pole, she embodies grace and fluidity in movements while uplifting and inspiring students around her.
Sazuri’s pole journey began with a spark of curiosity ignited by her first inspiration, Felix Cane. From her barefoot beginnings to now flowing effortlessly from 7 to 8 inches, she embraces growth at every stage of her dance life. For Sazuri, the studio is a place of joy where every trick, every combo and every routine step her students forward. She believes that progress, no matter how small, brings you closer to becoming a better version of yourself. Mingdabomb lives up to his name, bold, vibrant and unapologetically flamboyant. He began his creative journey as an apprentice hairdresser at 16, later teaching himself the art of makeup and quickly finding his way into the world of fashion, media, print and events at a young age. His career took him backstage and on set, working as a hairstylist and makeup artist for Channel V, one of Asia and Australia’s most prominent TV channels in the 2000s. Alongside this, he also modelled, perfected the behind-the-scenes craft and eventually founded Bombshell and Showpink Boutique Salon, where his eye for beauty and flair for details flourished.
Pole was love at first sight and he went on to be crowned Ms Freaky Trickster at Bobbi’s iconic Hallowqueen 2018. Ming embraces dance with equal parts of expression and precision from his 5 years’ experience as a Pole Instructor. True to his nickname, Mingdabomb brings explosive creativity and showmanship into the pole studio. Always serving a flamboyant style and an unshakable determination, he inspires students to express themselves boldly while mastering strength and technique. Ming seeks beauty in every shape, movement and idea. His classes are fueled by a sharp eye for details and a rare gift for breaking down techniques making him a truly unique teacher.
